Border: The tonal red Rettapet border is organised through multiple parallel classic-gold zari registers. Fine dotted and geometric lines sit alongside a row of small floral rosettes and leaf-like edging, creating a precise layered border without introducing a contrasting silk colour.

Pallu: The pallu becomes substantially richer than the body, with a dense fine classic-gold zari lattice across the red silk and broader ornamental registers carrying paisley-like and floral-vine forms. The heavier zari concentration gives the shoulder area a strong luminous finish.

Styling: Keep the blouse tonal vermilion red for a clean uninterrupted line, or use antique gold for a more ceremonial finish.
