This is a confirmed Rettapet composition in pure mulberry silk, with its Ganga Jamuna treatment: two differently coloured borders on opposite sides of the saree, built through multiple parallel woven registers with traditional antique-gold ornament, geometric framing and finely worked linear sections. Body, Border and Pallu: The Turmeric Yellow body carries extensive fine antique-gold linear zari detailing across a bright, luminous field.
