The Butta body is woven in a sophisticated sage olive green pure mulberry silk, scattered at measured intervals with luminous antique gold zari buttas that catch the light beautifully against the muted ground.

The border is the highlight — deep emerald green edged with aubergine-purple accents, richly woven with peacocks and Vanasringaram-inspired detailing in zari and coloured silk thread, giving the composition an almost miniature-art quality.
