Royal Teal Blue Handwoven Pure Silk Kanjeevaram Saree with Mayil Chakram Zari Motifs

Royal Teal Blue Handwoven Pure Silk Kanjeevaram Saree with Mayil Chakram Zari Motifs

Surprising a friend with a saree she didn't ask for but will love — calls for a saree of radiant, celebrated craftsmanship. This saree is handwoven in the celebrated Zari Kattam style — fine zari threads intersect across the silk body to form a luminous grid. Each saree takes 42 days from dyeing to weaving and cannot be replicated by machine. Each saree comes from skilled weaver families across Kanchipuram district. Read our story.

Handwoven to order, not mass-produced. 42 days from dye vat to finished drape, with 16 of dedicated loom time for the weave itself.
● Silk Mark Certified● 16 Days on Loom● Pure Mulberry Silk● Handwoven in Kanchipuram

The radiant royal teal blue pure mulberry silk body is woven with an intricate gold zari checked pattern. Within every zari square are alternating Mayil (peacock) and Chakram zari woven motifs, reflecting the precision and heritage of pure silk Kanchipuram craftsmanship.

Finished with a traditional gold zari border and grand pallu, this heirloom saree showcases the classic hallmarks of Zari Kattam weaving.

Perfect for festive occasions, weddings, and cultural celebrations. Pair with a royal teal or ivory silk blouse and classic gold jewellery — a temple necklace and jhumkas — for a radiant, festive finish.
