Classic Varisaipet weaving defines the pure mulberry silk body of this Kanjeevaram. Spaced gold-zari motifs animate the saturated Purple body, while multiple horizontal zari lines, ornamental panels and traditional figurative bands stack in measured succession to create the characteristic striped rhythm of Varisaipet.

Border: A narrow Green selvedge provides a precise colour accent against the layered Varisaipet registers.

Pallu: The pallu continues the linear organisation on a larger scale, alternating long zari lines with wider figurative bands.

Styling: Tonal Royal Purple keeps the body saturated, while Green repeats the narrow edge. Antique gold gives a more ceremonial direction.
