From a distance the body reads as a continuous field of rich violet, but closer inspection reveals hundreds of fine parallel woven lines catching the light individually. The traditional border introduces a much richer visual language, with broad antique-gold zari ornament, smaller geometric registers and warm copper-gold detailing.
