Red Handwoven Katan Silk Chanderi Saree with Gold Butti and Green Chevron Border

A saree with the transparency Chanderi is famous for — red woven so fine it's known as "woven air." This is a Katan Silk Chanderi: woven with tightly twisted pure silk in the weft and fine silk in the warp, using the extra-weft technique for its zari motifs. Because the fabric skips the degumming process, it stays exceptionally lightweight and transparent, with a more structured drape than a silk-cotton blend. Care: Dry clean only. Store folded in a soft muslin or cotton cloth away from direct sunlight. Do not spray perfume directly on the silk or zari.
