Body, Border and Pallu: The saree is classified as a Butta Kanchipuram, with individually woven ornamental forms appearing at intervals across the body. Circular zari buttas alternate visually with smaller traditional forms, creating subtle variation rather than a single repeated motif. Against the shifting Red and Deep Pink silk, the antique-gold zari feels warm and softly burnished rather than sharply metallic. The most distinctive feature is its Vintage Turning Border.
