The body is organised through an exceptionally fine Zari Kattam. Narrow classic-gold zari lines form a delicate micro-grid across the pink silk, giving the surface structure without turning it into a heavy metallic field. Alternating round Chakram-style floral medallions and smaller traditional zari buttas are placed through the Kattam in a measured rhythm.

Border: The border becomes the architectural focus. Large repeating Maanga forms are enclosed within broad classic-gold zari panels. A pointed Reku-like triangular edging defines the upper line, while a wider metallic gold band anchors the lower edge. A very narrow Karum Pachai selvedge introduces a dark-green accent beside the saturated pink and gold.

Mundhanai: The pallu becomes considerably more zari-rich than the body. A dense geometric classic-gold ground is organised through vertical ornamental registers and repeating Maanga-derived forms, creating the effect of carved temple ornament catching late-evening light.
