Ramar Blue brings clarity and brightness to this traditional Kanchipuram palette, grounded beautifully by a deep chocolate-brown border. Fine Vairaoosi lines run through the blue body, giving the silk a restrained texture beneath the zari.

Pure mulberry silk is woven here in a classic Vairaoosi composition, with fine linear lines running through the blue body. Handwoven by artisan weaver families in Kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu, for Idam Living. Body, Border and Pallu: Gold Mayil motifs form a measured grid across the darker field. The broad border is particularly grand, with peacock medallions and floral zari ornament, while the pallu develops into a dense field of geometric and floral gold work.

Made for Diwali, Vijayadashami, Karthigai Deepam, temple celebrations, wedding ceremonies and special cultural gatherings.
