The Korvai border shifts decisively into Rani Pink and antique gold, with a wide zari field carrying clearly woven Yaanai (elephant) motifs surrounded by scrolling botanical ornament and fine geometric framing. The Grand Pallu is the saree's most elaborate feature: Rani Pink silk becomes the ground for an expansive antique-gold field with fine diamond lattice, large repeated Yaanai registers, scrolling botanical weaving and hand-finished green and pink tassels.
