Border: The tonal green border carries repeated stylised bird motifs in classic-gold zari, framed by floral-vine and geometric registers. A slim fuchsia-pink selvedge gives the edge a sharp flash of colour against the Kili Pachai green and gold.

Pallu: The pallu remains in the same green family but becomes markedly richer, with a broad classic-gold zari field, dense ornamental woven texture and fine linear registers. The heavier gold concentration gives the shoulder a more ceremonial finish than the open checked body.
