Ivory Handwoven Pure Silk KanchiPattu Butta Saree with Silk-Thread Gandaberunda and Yazhi Motifs
Soft Ivory Cream gives this handwoven Pure Silk KanchiPattu a luminous quiet ground, allowing coloured silk-thread buttas to appear almost jewel-like against the pale silk. Traditional Gandaberunda and Yazhi forms are woven in shades of Plum, Violet and Soft Pink.
❖ Made to order, not off a shelf. This saree took 40 days — dyeing, threading, and roughly 14 on the loom — to complete.

The unusual use of coloured silk thread gives the heritage imagery a lighter and more delicate character than an all-gold motif treatment. Handwoven in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, for Idam Living. Read our story.
Border & Pallu: A warm gold-zari border with a slim Orange silk edge anchors the ivory body. The pallu becomes richer in a Mustard-Gold field with intricate zari weaving and a stronger ceremonial finish.
Styling: Ivory keeps the composition quiet, while Plum, Violet or Soft Pink can echo the silk-thread motifs. Antique gold or Orange creates a warmer traditional direction.
Slight color variations due to screen and lighting; daylight photos/videos available on request.
Blouse Piece Included: 0.8m running blouse piece. See our Blouse Stitching Guide.
✦ Fall & Picot Finishing included complimentary with every order.
