Draped for a temple visit on an auspicious morning, this deep magenta Kanchi Pattu silk carries the weight of devotion and the lightness of pure handwoven silk in equal measure. Woven by master artisans in Kunnam village near Kanchipuram, this saree features fine needle-like zari lines woven continuously across the body, creating a delicate all-over shimmer — the signature of the Vairaoosi weave structure.
