Woven in the Varisaipet tradition, the deep-red silk body carries individually placed Mayil and Kamalam zari buttas, allowing each motif to remain clearly visible against the saturated ground. Handwoven by artisan weaver families in Kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu, for Idam Living. Border: The broad border is exceptionally intricate, building through numerous fine zari registers before opening into repeated Mayil forms enclosed by ornamental arches.

Pallu: The ornate handwoven pallu continues the rich gold-zari language through broad woven fields and detailed traditional registers.
