The body is ruby silk with Kamalam Butta in alternating gold zari and coloured silk thread. The Korvai construction joins body and border structurally on the loom. The border is bottle green silk with a Varisaipet multi-band structure in gold, rust, and silk thread across the border width. The pallu continues the same multicolour Varisaipet banding at full pallu width.
