Kumkum Red Handwoven Pure Silk Kanchipuram Zari Kattam Saree with Mayil Chakram Buttas and Self Varisaipet Border
This luminous Kumkum Sevappu saree glows with a fine zari kattam body, where the checked field shimmers softly beneath elegant Mayil Chakram buttas. The layout feels rich without heaviness, with the checks lending structure and the buttas adding festive ornament.

Border: The self-colour varisaipet border carries bands of varied motifs, including vanki pet details, neli pattern work and graceful peacock elements. The border stays within the same radiant red family, allowing the workmanship to reveal itself through texture and zari glow.
Pallu: The pallu is especially striking, with mirrored twin peacocks set within arch-like forms, accompanied by small handwoven floral zari details. It creates a ceremonial finish full of depth and traditional beauty. A contrast woven blouse piece is included.
The colours recall kumkum, hibiscus and the rich red seen in old temple offerings, making this saree especially suited to festive dressing, weddings and sacred occasions.
Blouse Piece Included: 0.8 m contrast woven blouse piece. See our Blouse Stitching Guide.
✦ Fall & Picot finishing included complimentary with every order.
