A Kanchipuram where there is no zari at all. Instead, the beauty comes from colour, line and the natural sheen of pure silk.
❖ Handwoven in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu by artisan weaver families who have practiced this craft for generations, using Silk Mark certified pure silk.
The deep forest-green body is worked in Kanchi Kattam, its checked geometry held against a vivid burnt-orange contrast. Along the edge, traditional Thazhampoo Reku brings a pointed, rhythmic transition between the colours.
The absence of metallic zari makes every detail of the silk construction more visible. The result is graphic, restrained and distinctly Kanchipuram.
