The Varisaipet body in vermilion red — a vivid vermilion-red body is patterned in an exceptionally fine zari grid with scattered woven motifs, in pure mulberry silk.

The border is a grand border layering multiple traditional zari patterns, including peacocks, floral medallions and geometric panels, all rendered in glowing antique gold, completed with an uninterrupted red-and-gold pallu that gives the piece the unmistakable grandeur of a traditional Kanchipuram.

Handwoven by skilled artisan families in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, using pure mulberry silk and traditional handloom techniques, this saree is perfect for weddings, festive celebrations and ceremonial occasions.
